It’s Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving and generosity! To recognize this important occasion, here’s an overview of how MUTTS has given back to causes we care about in 2019.

Each year, MUTTS donates signed comic strip prints to animal-related nonprofits for raffles and other fundraising events. Each print raises an average of $150 (though some have raised over $1,000)! In the past 12 months, we’ve donated more than 120 signed prints to help shelters and rescue groups. To request an in-kind donation for an upcoming fundraising event, please click here.

We also contribute five percent of every MUTTS purchase to the Humane Society of the United States’ Animal Rescue Team. In 2019, this team transported more than 120 animals out of tornado-hit areas of Alabama, removed hundreds of animals from cruel and life-threatening situations in Texas and Pennsylvania, coordinated the transport of 400 animals away from the paths of devastating hurricanes … and much more.

We’re proud of these contributions, but we know they wouldn’t be possible without your support. We look forward to continuing our mission in 2020 to make the world a better place for all creatures.

On this Giving Tuesday — and every other day! — we urge you to support your favorite charities, including animal shelters and animal rescue groups.

Hey, Patrick, I just read your December 9th comic.

You don’t know much about science, do you? In 1987, a scientist studying snowflakes out in the field discovered two that were EXACTLY alike. You are contributing to the spreading of a nonsensical and unscientific pile of nonsense.

Stop perpetuating it. Do your research.
