REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind about a non-print order? Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or exchange. Please note that there is a flat $5.00 shipping fee for U.S.-based returns and exchanges. For print orders, please see "exceptions" below.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mutts.com. Our team will assist you with the return process and help to get everything moving as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
A friendly reminder: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or refund (including all shipping costs).
EXCEPTIONS
Because our artwork is made to order, please note that prints cannot be returned or exchanged. However, because we want you to be fully satisfied with every order, we invite you to contact us with any concerns or questions to find out if we may be able to make an exception.
