I’m not receiving the strip anymore. Can you help?

If you’re a MUTTS subscriber but are unable to receive the daily strip, you may be encountering a filtering issue with your email provider. We suggest checking your junk email folder (in case it has ended up there in error) and adding MUTTS@emails.mutts.com to your address list. Sometimes this issue is sporadic; in such cases, the emails will simply return after a few days.

If you continue to have trouble receiving the strip, you may need to speak directly with your email provider. Our emails may be filtered out before they even reach your inbox. We regularly optimize our emails to keep them filter- and spam-friendly, but in the end, each carrier has its own filtering system that’s updated weekly (if not daily).

We will continue sending your emails, and we hope you receive them. You’re always welcome to contact us with questions, and we’re happy to help in any way we can. And remember — you can always see the newest daily strip on the MUTTS.com homepage!

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

We try our very best to make sure every order is correct. But — if you do receive an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know by using the Help tab on the bottom right side of the page. We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

Will my purchase help animals?

Yesh! Five percent of the retail price of every item at the MUTTS Shop is donated directly to The Humane Society of the United States’ Animal Rescue Team.

How can I find the date of an older or specific comic strip?

Fun fact: Patrick always adds the month and date in one of the lower corners of each comic strip! For example: “1-23” means January 23. The year appears in the copyright line next to his name.

We recommend searching the Comic Strip Prints section of the MUTTS Shop. You can search for strips by keyword, popular themes, animals, characters, dates, and more.

If you don’t have a copy of the strip (or just remember seeing it somewhere, for instance) and can’t find it via the search or filter on our website, you can reach out to us via live chat on the website, email, or on social media with a description of it.

Unfortunately, with more than two decades of daily strips in our archives, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to locate the one you’re looking for — but we’ll try our best!

Which products are excluded from sales and promotions?

With few exceptions (and unless specifically noted otherwise), the following items are excluded from MUTTS Shop sales, discounts, and promotions:

  • Signed Items (includes signed artwork/prints and most books)
  • Already Discounted Items (varies per sale/promotion, so please check all disclaimers!)

Please note: Signed products are not eligible for discounts in order to maintain the value of an item personally signed by Patrick. Maintaining this value is important not only to us, but also to members of the MUTTS community who purchase and collect such items.

Do you ship internationally? If so, how does that work?

Yes, we ship internationally. This method of delivery usually takes 7-10 business days (plus processing time), though we cannot guarantee shipping time for Canadian or other international destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free or expedited international shipping.
